- 2 tbsp dried stinging nettle leaf
- 2 tbsp dried oolong leaf (optional, for caffeine)
- 1 cup raw sugar, honey, or sweetener

- Add the dry herbs to a gallon sized tea bag or strainer
- Heat one gallon of filtered water and herbs to 212Β°F/100Β°C

- Transfer tea to 1/2 gallon jars and store in the fridge once cooled
