• Ensure your detox pathways are open prior to beginning a parasite cleanse.
• Take 1-3 droppers twice per day, either under the tongue, or in water or juice.
• 2 hours after a dose and away from any other medications, take a binder.
• Binders are negatively charged substances that help the body pull toxins, heavy metals, and waste to your intestines for elimination.
• Natural binders include: activated charcoal, bentonite clay, diatomaceous earth, fulvic/humic acids, chlorella, spirulina, cilantro, apple/pear pectins. 
• You may experience die-off symptoms known as the “herxheimer reaction.” This can feel like the flu, stomach discomfort, headaches, body aches, skin rashes etc. 
• If you are experiencing these symptoms, take an additional binder.
• You can support your body through the detox process by taking detox baths, sauna, dry brushing, rebounding on a trampoline, castor oil packs on your liver, plenty of hydration, and rest.
